Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must meet the same return conditions as mentioned above (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
